- Why
is there a need for an in-home estimate?
At Brittany Maids, we want you to be delighted with the
cleanliness of your home. Therefore, we have our
Customer Service Representative meet you, and personally
take a tour of your home to assess your individual
needs. The walk-through will enable her to give you the
best possible price, as well as provide the detailed
instructions for our Brittany Maids cleaning staff.
- What about cleaning supplies?
Your Brittany Maids cleaning team will bring in
all of their cleaning supplies and vacuums with them.
You would only leave out your favorite dusting spray and
special products particular to your home. A word about
our cleaning products. We utilize a combination of Green
Seal Certified, V.OC. & Butyl free cleaning agents,
which have a neutral ph and are non toxic. Our sprayer
cleaning solutions carry NO inhalation warnings and
contain no ammonia or chlorine*. Our cleaning products
are environmentally friendly as well as people and pet
friendly. We utilize a Hospital Grade Sanitizer, which
is also a premium malodor counteractant. Brittany Maids
is dedicated in making sure that your home is clean &
fresh, and as safe of an environment as possible for
your family.

- What time can I schedule the Brittany Maids to clean my
home?
Our staff operates from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through
Friday. We can schedule your home around your needs,
taking into consideration the Atlanta traffic and
weather conditions. We are usually in our first home
around 8:30 am and arrive at our last home before 3 pm.
Brittany Maids always arrive on the day that they are
scheduled.
- What about possible damage in my home?
You can rely on the Brittany Maids cleaning team to
take the utmost care in your home. But should an
incident occur, we will endeavor to correct the matter
by repairing or by replacing the item. Our insurance
company can assist with any major concerns.
- What kind of insurance protection do you have?
Brittany Maids is a very responsible company. Since our
staff members are "employees" and not independent
contractors, we carry Worker’s Comp. Insurance. We also
carry General Liability and Employee Dishonesty policies
as well.
- What do I do with my pets?
During the walk-through, you can advise us on what type
of pet you have and how they will be secured during the
cleaning, along with any other pertinent details about
them.
- How
will you get into my home?
You will make arrangements with us upon the
walk-through. You could already be at home, elect to
give us a key or leave a key out for us. If given a key,
we special code it and lock it under the protection of
our security system.
- How
do I prepare my house for the Brittany Maids cleaning
team?
The Brittany Maids are there to thoroughly clean all the
surfaces of your home. Please pick up toys, clothes, and
other items. Please make sure that floors, countertops
and dressers are clutter free, so that the team can
concentrate on their cleaning duties, giving you a much
better outcome.
- Can
I change my scheduled cleaning?
We realize that you have busy and hectic schedules and
may need to rearrange your cleaning date or time. We
endeavor to accommodate you with those changes. Please
give us two business days notice to facilitate those
changes for you.
- Will I be able to “communicate” with your Cleaning Team
while in my home?
Absolutely! We are an equal opportunity employer,
however, all of our staff speaks English. Also, we
are a smoke free company. While the majority of our
staff are non-smokers, those who do, are not allowed to
smoke at all
during the business day. Therefore
you will not experience anyone smelling of smoke, upon
entering your home to clean.
- How
does our relationship work?
We don’t have you sign a contract. We realize that doing
our job as promised will continually earn your
patronage. We offer service weekly, every two weeks,
every three weeks, monthly and even on an "as needed"
basis. Whatever works into your schedule.
