I wanted to say thank you for the terrific job you and your crew did
on my house two weeks ago. I was very ill with a nasty bug (spore)
that had invaded my body and possibly my house. As you know this spore
is not susceptible to ordinary chemicals. When I asked if your company
could help purge any spore lurking in my home you were quick to bring to
my attention a new method for eliminating Clostridium dificile, the
TANCS Method. I do not completely understand how it works so after your
explanation we called the company to get any additional information they
had about their product. They were very forthcoming with information
and we were reassured the new technology referred to as TANCS really did
the job.
You came to my home promptly and cleaned and used the new process and
in two hours my home was in perfect condition. I felt safe moving back
home after an extensive (six weeks) illness. I can’t thank you and your
crew enough for your assistance. I am not yet fully recovered but I am
much better and am living in my home without fear of another attack of
the nasty spore. I hope anyone who runs across the Clostridium dificile
spore can know about the new technology you have made available to the
area. There may be other uses for TANCS. I am unware of all the
situations it can be used for but I can say that it works very well on
a difficult comtaminated environment.
